Organization Chart

1. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Productive Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. follows a well-defined organizational structure to ensure smooth operations, effective management, and quality execution of projects.

At the top level, the company is headed by the CEO/Director, who is responsible for overall management, strategic decisions, and compliance with applicable standards.

The organizational structure is broadly divided into the following departments:

Administration & Marketing Department

  • This department is responsible for administrative activities, client coordination, tendering, and business development.
  • It includes Department Head, Managers, and Executives.

Accounts & Finance Department

  • This department handles financial management, billing, payments, and statutory compliance.
  • It includes Chartered Accountant (CA), Accounts Department, and Payment Department.

Production Department

  • This is the core department responsible for execution of all fabrication and engineering activities.
  • It includes Production Manager, QA/QA Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, and skilled manpower.

The department also covers:

  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC/TPI)
  • Labour / Fabrication Team
  • Stores Department for material handling and inventory control

All departments work in coordination to ensure timely delivery and adherence to required quality standards.


2. PROCESS FLOW DESCRIPTION

The company follows a systematic and controlled process for execution of fabrication and engineering works, ensuring quality at every stage.

The process includes the following steps:
  • Start
  • Review of supportive documents (Technical specifications, drawings, etc.)
  • Material Inspection
  • Steel Preparation
  • Marking and Cutting (including weld preparation)
  • Drilling and Punching
  • Fit-up and Assembly
  • Dimensional Inspection
  • Welding
  • Visual and Dimensional Inspection (including NDT, if applicable)
  • Blasting and Painting
  • Final Inspection and Release
  • Piece Marking
  • Packing and Delivery
  • Site Erection / Installation
  • End

At each stage, proper inspection and documentation are maintained to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.
