The organizational structure is broadly divided into the following departments:
Administration & Marketing Department
This department is responsible for administrative activities, client coordination, tendering, and business development.
It includes Department Head, Managers, and Executives.
Accounts & Finance Department
This department handles financial management, billing, payments, and statutory compliance.
It includes Chartered Accountant (CA), Accounts Department, and Payment Department.
Production Department
This is the core department responsible for execution of all fabrication and engineering activities.
It includes Production Manager, QA/QA Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, and skilled manpower.

2. PROCESS FLOW DESCRIPTION
The company follows a systematic and controlled process for execution of fabrication and engineering works, ensuring quality at every stage.
The process includes the following steps:

Steel Preparation
Marking and Cutting (including weld preparation)
Drilling and Punching
Fit-up and Assembly
Dimensional Inspection
Welding

Blasting and Painting
