Template Layout Area

The template layout area at the manufacturing facility of Productive Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd., located at Plot No. B-31, MIDC Additional Ambernath (E), is systematically designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and compliance with RDSO and ISO requirements.
The shop floor is organized into two primary working bays, namely Working Area 1 and Working Area 2, each equipped with adequate space for handling large structural components such as steel girders. The layout facilitates a linear workflow from raw material handling to fabrication and finishing, minimizing material movement and ensuring operational efficiency.
The template layout activities, including marking, alignment, and dimensional verification, are carried out in designated open and leveled areas within the working bays. These areas are supported by appropriate measuring instruments and are positioned to allow easy access to overhead EOT cranes (1015-ton capacity), ensuring safe and efficient handling of heavy components.
Material storage racks are provided along one side of the shop floor, ensuring proper segregation and accessibility of raw materials. Dedicated zones for machining, drilling, cutting, and welding operations are arranged systematically to avoid cross-interference and maintain process discipline.
Ancillary facilities such as stores, worker amenities, and administrative sections are strategically located without disrupting production flow. The presence of clearly defined pathways, adequate spacing between structural columns, and organized equipment placement ensures safety, ease of supervision, and adherence to quality control measures.
The overall template layout area is thus designed to support accurate fabrication processes, maintain traceability, and comply with the stringent requirements of RDSO specifications and ISO quality management systems.
