Productive Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. utilizes external testing facilities for carrying out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and related inspection activities.

The testing services are outsourced to TCR Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai, a well-established and reputed organization in the field of material testing and inspection. The laboratory is NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accredited, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and technical competence.

TCR Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is equipped with advanced testing infrastructure and provides a wide range of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, including:

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
• Radiographic Testing (RT)
• Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT)
• Other NDT techniques as required

All testing activities are carried out by qualified and certified personnel holding NDT Level II and Level III certifications, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.

All inspections and testing are performed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. Proper test reports and certifications are maintained for traceability and quality assurance.

This arrangement ensures that all products and fabrication works meet the required quality standards and inspection requirements as per RDSO guidelines.

Calibration of Instruments & Equipment

In addition to the above testing arrangements, Productive Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd. ensures that all measuring instruments, gauges, and relevant machinery used in the manufacturing and inspection process are periodically calibrated to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Calibration of instruments is carried out through NABL-accredited and reputed external agencies, including: - TCR Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai - Brilliant Calibration Services LLP, Kalyan

Valid Calibration Certificates are maintained for all critical measuring instruments and equipment, ensuring traceability to national/international standards. Calibration is conducted at defined intervals as per standard practices and applicable quality requirements.
